The fusion of sport and corporate finance may seem unusual at first glance, but at BLOK Management we are always on the lookout for innovative ways to give entrepreneurs insights into the world of M&A. At an exclusive event for managing directors, shareholders, and board members, titled “Sport meets Corporate Finance” on 23 March at Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park, we had the opportunity to do just that. This event, in cooperation with our partners, not only offered insights into the world of professional football, but also exciting expert presentations on current financial market topics.

Together with Deniz Aytekin, we were able to shed intensive light on the topic. Deniz Aytekin is not only an experienced investor in companies such as anwalt.de and fitnessmarkt.de services GmbH, but also, among other things, the DFB referee of the year 2022. His diverse experiences and the fascinating parallels between the worlds of sport and entrepreneurship resulted in a stimulating exchange.
