BLOK Management is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of the operational property of bda Connectivity GmbH in Aßlar to Hans Wilms GmbH & Co. KG. The property covers an area of approximately 20,000 m² and includes an office building with around 2,200 m² of rental space, as well as a production and warehouse hall spanning approximately 12,400 m².

bda Connectivity GmbH specializes in the development and production of specialized cables for companies in the fields of electrical, telecommunications, automotive, audio and studio technology, as well as medical technology. Additionally, the company manufactures antennas and passive components for the telecommunications market.

As part of a corporate restructuring, the managing partners of bda Connectivity, Mr. Eike Barczynski and Mr. Christian Harel, decided to sell the property as part of its assets. Through a structured bidding process facilitated by BLOK Management, it was ensured that a fair selling price was achieved. This enables bda Connectivity to pursue its further growth plans independently and consistently.
