BLOK Management is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of the business property of bda Connectivity GmbH in Asslar to Hans Wilms GmbH & Co KG. The property covers a site area of around 20,000 m² and comprises an office building with approx. 2,200 m² of rental space as well as a production hall and warehouse with approx. 12,400 m². bda Connectivity GmbH specializes in the development and production of special cables for companies in the electrical, telecommunications, automotive, audio and studio technology and medical technology sectors. The company also manufactures antennas and passive components for the telecommunications market. As part of a corporate restructuring, the managing partners of bda Connectivity, Mr. Eike Barczynski and Mr. Christian Harel, decided to sell the real estate from the business assets. Thanks to a structured bidding process by BLOK Management, it was ultimately possible to ensure that a fair sales price was achieved. This allows bda Connectivity to consistently pursue its further growth plans under its own steam.
