Dennis Schober has extensive experience in M&A and has successfully advised numerous entrepreneurs and companies from various industries. At BLOK, Dennis is primarily responsible for the structuring and implementation of sell-side and buy-side transactions. Before joining BLOK, he gained several years of experience at national and international M&A boutiques. Dennis holds a Master of Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is also a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
