Andres Felipe Medina is an internationally experienced advisor with more than two decades of experience advising borrowers and lenders on various corporate financings. His current focus is on capital market based financings, in particular through the issuance of structured investment and financing products.

In addition, Andres has expertise in corporate finance, international banking, transaction planning and securitization. In addition to his role as Senior Advisor at BLOK, he provides advice to international financial institutions, investors and corporates on the structuring of regulatory capital instruments and compliance with European Central Bank or national authority regulations.
