The Fairness Opinion included an operational and financial analysis of the company, as well as a valuation based on appropriate methods, taking case-specific circumstances into account.

Moving Forward International (MFI) is a specialized logistics company focused on the transportation of demanding goods. In addition to transporting hazardous and sensitive materials, such as radioactive substances, the company specializes in (temperature-controlled) pharmaceutical products.
