BLOK Management exclusively advises the shareholders of MOOG Luxembourg S.à r.l. (MOOG Lux) on the sale to AXXERON Technologies GmbH (AXXERON). In the course of the transaction, AXXERON Technologies GmbH acquires all shares in MOOG Luxembourg S.à r.l. Through the acquisition, AXXERON expands its existing business unit ‘MOTION’, in which MOOG Luxembourg S.à r.l. will act as an anchor for the expansion of the business unit. The merger also enables a high cross-selling potential together with the other AXXERON Group companies.
