Frankfurt am Main, 22 October 2026 – BLOK acted as exclusive advisor to SCHRANER Group, the shareholder of Schraner GmbH, in connection with the sale to Swedish industrial holding company Indutrade AB.

Schraner GmbH is a specialized provider of fire protection and alarm solutions with a leading market position in Germany. The company develops and manufactures fire brigade peripheral as the core of its portfolio and additionally distributes products in the areas of signaling devices and fire detection. As a founder-led company, Schraner GmbH has been active in the market since 1994.

With the acquisition, Indutrade strengthens its Infrastructure & Construction business area and further expands its presence in Germany in particular. For Schraner GmbH, the transition opens up new opportunities and additional prospects for the company’s continued development.
Indutrade was founded in 1978 and, with around 215 companies and approximately 9,700 employees in more than 30 countries, is one of the established industrial holding companies.
