As an analyst, Marc Klein advises owners of medium-sized companies on sell-side and buy-side transactions in various industries. At BLOK, Marc is particularly responsible for the preparation of transaction-relevant documents and for directly approaching potential investors. Marc successfully completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking & Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a semester abroad at the Esade Business School in Barcelona. He also holds a Master of Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
