Felix Lütjen has more than seven years of experience in investment banking. As part of his international career at GP Bullhound in Berlin, Stockholm and Frankfurt, he advised on numerous sell-side, buy-side and fundraising transactions with an aggregate volume of more than EUR 1 billion, primarily supporting companies in the software, technology and IT services sectors.

At BLOK, Felix is primarily responsible for the structuring and execution of sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as fundraising mandates. His professional focus areas include valuation, financial modelling and the management of complex due diligence processes. Felix holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Psychology with a focus on Finance, Banking and Insurance from the University of Mannheim.
