Olaf has over 25 years of experience in strategic business management with a particular focus on the kitchen, furniture, and office furniture industries. His expertise lies in developing and implementing growth strategies, optimising business processes, and successfully expanding into international markets.

From 2017 to 2024, Olaf served as CSO and COO of MHK Group AG. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, initiating new business models, and optimising central structures. His focus was on developing business units, increasing operational efficiency, and tapping into new market potentials.

Priviously, Olaf was CEO of IMS AG in Liechtenstein, where he was responsible for the strategic realignment and restructuring of the company. His career began at the Samas Group, where he gained extensive experience in international sales, trade strategy, and key account management. With his in-depth industry knowledge and strategic mindset, Olaf provides targeted support to companies in growth and transformation processes.
