Alexander is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, private equity, and strategic asset development. After working at PwC, Ebner Stolz, and as CEO of a tech company, he now supports family businesses, founders, and growth companies in succession processes, direct investments, and complex M&A transactions.

As managing partner of Smart Family Office, he is responsible for the alternative investments division and contributes proven expertise in company valuation, transaction structuring, and the financing of medium-sized companies—with a particular focus on vertical SaaS models, deep tech, platform economics, and succession solutions.

At BLOK, he acts as a strategic sparring partner for selected mandates, drawing on his many years of deal experience and high-caliber network.
