Adrian Bakonyi already has solid experience in M&A and has advised medium-sized companies across a range of industries. At BLOK, Adrian supports our buy-side and sell-side M&A projects, in particular in the preparation of transaction-related documents, company valuations, and market and competitive analyses. Prior to joining BLOK, he gained experience in investment banking in the areas of M&A and Global Markets, both at M&A boutiques and at a major European bank. He also worked at a private equity fund and a leading international asset manager. Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Munich Business School and completed a semester abroad at ESSCA School of Management in Paris.
