BLOK advises the owners of digitization partner FFUF on sale to the leading craftsmen platform in the DACH market
Since September 2022, the software developer FFUF, formerly Feil, Feil und Feil, which specializes in trades, construction and building-related services, has been supplementing the services of the leading software platform for trades businesses around Taifun, M-Soft, P Software & Services, extragroup and PraKom. Details of the transaction will not be disclosed. The previous owners, Alexander and Philipp Feil, will remain associated with the group in an advisory capacity after the transaction. In addition to Feil, Feil & Feil GmbH in Ludwigsburg, which focuses on the development of individual mobile and cloud apps, the majority of the shares were also sold in the Philippine subsidiary FFUF Manila Inc. and FieldPass GmbH, which specializes in licensing and operating cloud infrastructures for trade, assembly and building operations. FFUF, founded in 2009, specializes in the development of holistic digital solutions and the development of mobile apps and cloud applications. The company’s portfolio of services ranges from digital consulting and design to connection to existing systems using the standardized FieldPass middleware. FFUF also offers other services such as roadmaps for digitalization, agile workshops and automation with sensors and robots.
