Salzhausen, September 18, 2024. BLOK Management acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of German Fiber Solution GmbH & Co. KG, German Fiber Service GmbH & Co. KG, and German Fiber Solution Verwaltungs GmbH (GFS) on their sale to an undisclosed investor.

GFS is one of the leading general contractors for the expansion of passive fiber optic networks in Germany. The company offers an integrated service approach, covering everything from project management and planning to fiber optic installation, documentation and maintenance.

The Buyer is a multidisciplinary provider of utility networks and has experienced considerable growth in recent years, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. With an annual turnover in excess of 1 billion euros, the Group is well-placed to pursue its ambitious growth targets and consolidate its position in the German telecommunications market.
