Kubilay Örscüoglu already has extensive experience in M&A and private equity and has both advised and invested in various medium-sized companies from different industries. At BLOK, Kubilay is an important support in our buy- and sell-side M&A projects and assists in the preparation of process documents, valuations as well as market and competitive analyses. Prior to joining BLOK, he gained experience at an international M&A boutique and a German private equity firm. Kubilay holds a Master of International Finance (M.Sc.) as well as a Bachelor of International Financial Management (B.Sc.) from the Nürtingen-Geislingen University.
