Its business activities are exclusively focused on the residential housing sector and cover both the full range of residential modernization services as well as the maintenance of housing stock. Currently, the company maintains more than 640,000 apartments annually and renovates more than 6,500 apartments each year.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the strategic expansion of its residential modernization business in North Rhine-Westphalia, B&amp;O Service decided to strengthen its regional presence through a long-term partnership with LGI Immobilien Service. At the same time, the transaction also successfully addressed the seller\u2019s succession planning.<\/p>\n<p>LGI Immobilien Service is a well-established company in the Cologne\/H\u00fcrth region, with more than 18 years of experience in modernization and refurbishment services for residential housing stock.
