The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer required or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.<br \/>\n(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. Use of cookies<\/h4>\n<p>(1) In addition to the previously mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive associated with the browser you are using and through which the entity that sets the cookie (in this case by us) receives certain information. They serve to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.<br \/>\n(2) We distinguish two categories of cookies: (a) essential cookies, without which the functionality of our website would be limited and (b) optional cookies for website analysis and marketing purposes.<br \/>\nThe use of optional cookies is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).<\/p>\n<h4>V. Use of Google Analytics<\/h4>\n<p>(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (&#8220;Google&#8221;). Google Analytics uses so-called &#8220;cookies&#8221;. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server within the EU and stored there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.<br \/>\n(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.<br \/>\n(3) You can also change the use of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser software or in the cookie settings.<br \/>\n(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension &#8220;anonymizeIp&#8221;. This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that it is not possible to relate them to a specific person. Insofar as the data collected about you has a personal reference, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.<br \/>\n(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Google Maps is powered by Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly in the website and enables you to use the map function comfortably. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.<br \/>\n(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under III of this declaration will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and\/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the provision of tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right. There you will also receive further information about your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy: http:\/\/www.google.de\/intl\/de\/policies\/privacy.<\/p>\n<h4>VII Use of Google reCAPTCHA<\/h4>\n<p>(1) The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether the data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.<br \/>\nThe reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Newsletter<\/h4>\n<p>(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.<br \/>\n(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after your registration, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.<br \/>\n(3) After your confirmation, we will store your data for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.<br \/>\n(4) You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare the revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail.<br \/>\n(5) We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in III and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID. Links received in the newsletter also contain this ID. With the data obtained in this way, we create a user profile in order to tailor the newsletter to your individual interests. We record when you read our newsletters, which links you click on in them and infer your personal interests from this.<br \/>\nYou can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each email or by informing us via another contact channel. The information is stored for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we store the data purely statistically and anonymously.<\/p>\n<h4>IX. HubSpot CRM<\/h4>\n<p>Our website uses HubSpot, a marketing automation software from HubSpot Inc, 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, (&#8220;HubSpot&#8221;). HubSpot helps us to analyze the use of our website. It uses so-called &#8220;web beacons&#8221; and also sets &#8220;cookies&#8221;, which are stored on your computer and enable us to analyze your use of the website. HubSpot evaluates the information collected (e.g. IP address, geographical location, type of browser, duration of the visit and pages accessed) on our behalf to generate reports on the visit.<br \/>\nCertain usage data is linked to your person (e.g. after you have entered it in a registration form) and stored in our CRM. This enables us to send you information and offers tailored to your interests.<br \/>\nWe also use HubSpot to provide contact forms. Further information on this can be found in section 2. b.<br \/>\nIf you consent to the use of HubSpot, cookies will be placed on your device and web beacons will be used. The legal basis for this is Section 25 (1) TTDSG. Any subsequent processing of data is based on your consent given to us in accordance with Art. 6 para.<br \/>\n        1 lit. a) GDPR. The use of<br \/>\nThe cookies used by HubSpot have a lifespan of up to one year and one month until the end of the browser session and pursue the purpose of identifying the user and analyzing their usage behavior.<br \/>\nHubSpot as a CRM system is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para.   1 lit. f). Our legitimate interest lies in the most efficient customer management possible.<br \/>\nWhen you use HubSpot, we store your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide you with information and offers tailored to your needs.<br \/>\nThe use of HubSpot results in a transfer of your data to the USA. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for data transfers to the USA. The data transfer takes place, among other things, on the basis of standard contractual clauses as suitable guarantees for the protection of personal data, which we have concluded with HubSpot in a data processing contract, available at: <a href=\"\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/legal.hubspot.com\/dpa.<\/a> Further information on data processing by HubSpot can be found at <a href=\"\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/legal.hubspot.com\/de\/privacy-policy.<\/a>    <\/p>\n<h4>X. Online presence in social media<\/h4>\n<p>We maintain online presences within social networks in order to inform users active there about our services and to communicate directly via the platforms if they are interested. We are currently represented on the following networks:<br \/>\nLinkedIn https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/blok-management-gmbh<br \/>\nAll of our social media channels can only be accessed by visitors to the website via an external link. We do not use any plugins or other interfaces on our website that the respective networks offer for embedding the offers on websites.<br \/>\nWe have no influence on the collection of data and its further use by the social networks.  For example, there is no information on the extent to which, where and for how long the data is stored, to what extent the networks comply with existing deletion obligations, what evaluations and links are made with the data and to whom the data is passed on. We therefore expressly point out that user data (e.g. personal information, IP address) is stored by the operators of the networks in accordance with their data usage guidelines and used for business purposes.<br \/>\nWe process the data of users in the social media presences insofar as they contact and communicate with us via, for example, comments or direct messages.<br \/>\nThe legal basis for the processing of the user&#8217;s data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.  1 lit. b and f GDPR.<\/p>\n<h4>XI. LinkedIn<\/h4>\n<p>No functions and contents of the LinkedIn service offered by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, are integrated within our online offer. The LinkedIn channels can only be accessed via an external link.<br \/>\nIf visitors to the website are members of the LinkedIn platform, LinkedIn can assign the visit to the social media channel to the user&#8217;s profile if they visit our LinkedIn profile when logged in.<br \/>\nWe would like to point out that we have no influence on the content, scope of use or data collected by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. For further information in this regard, please refer to the LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company website at: https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/legal\/privacy-policy<br \/>\nWe would also like to point out that you can make appropriate changes to your LinkedIn account to protect your privacy. <\/p>\n<h4>XII. Processing of your data in the context of automated decision-making \/ profiling<\/h4>\n<p>(1) In principle, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. In particular, these decisions may not regularly be based on special categories of personal data pursuant to. Art. 9 par. 1 DSGVO are based.
