As part of his international career at GP Bullhound in Berlin, Stockholm and Frankfurt, he advised on numerous sell-side, buy-side and fundraising transactions with an aggregate volume of more than EUR 1 billion, primarily supporting companies in the software, technology and IT services sectors. <\/p>\n<p>At BLOK, Felix is primarily responsible for the structuring and execution of sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as fundraising mandates. His professional focus areas include valuation, financial modelling and the management of complex due diligence processes.
